Broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE)

Trustlink has been operating as a separate legal entity within the Perago Group since 2005.  Since then our staff complement has grown by more than 35% with over 60% of new appointments being employees of diverse backgrounds.

Our BEE policy is built on three main principles. These principles are based on our code of conduct and also require us to improve our BEE score each year.

The principles are:

  • Value-adding activities
  • Sustainability of initiatives and building long-term relationships
  • Promoting real growth and development

Trustlink has, along with a number of other industry players, identified skills development as one of the critical areas for transformation in the sector.
