Strate would like to congratulate Andrew Henderson, Senior Legal Counsel for Strate, for completing his Masters in Commercial Law offered at the University of Johannesburg (Cum Laude) with a minor dissertation in uncertificated shares, which looked at the voting rights of shareholders.
Andrew was awarded the Chancellor’s medal for the best LLM graduate in the Faculty of Law.
